I love the fact that this is a black owned restaurant but as much as I hate to give them a bad review I'm sorry. This particular restaurant in Elgin has to do better, customer service is unprofessional my children and I love to get their turkey tips (bc of the one in Chicago) on Tuesdays/Thursdays and everytime we end up disappointed either they're tough or dry.
