What Ryan S likes about Mcalister's Deli:
Very good food and service. If you join their free rewards you can get a free cookie or tea. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. It’s strange the drink machine is behind the counter because they offer free refills but you have to keep interrupting the workers to get it. The only other downside was that almost every table wobbled. We even moved tables but couldn’t find one that was steady. View all feedback.
What Cathy Parsons doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Ordered a Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad thru Door Dash. Order arrived with no chicken. McAlister's said to call Door Dash, said it was not their problem. Door Dash offered $4.46 compensation on a $16.00 salad. Really really poor service from both companies. Will never order from McAlister's again. Not for personal consumption or for corporate events.
