I was at several MODs from Alabama to Chicago and at this point 4 to 5 times. All were excellent, but I had to comment specifically on the service I received here. I'm ashamed and embarrassed to say after the order I discovered that I had forgotten my wallet. What annie s doesn't like about Mod Pizza:
We have been pretty disappointed lately when we have gone in. The staff hasn't been very friendly. They all seem like they are in bad moods and we're inconveniencing them by ordering. They also take forever to take orders. All they need to do is acknowledge people when they walk in. We'd stop coming but my kid likes the pizza. View all feedback.
I like their pizza dough as it's very tasty imho and never burnt and it's not too thin and it's not deep dish, but just good imho. you can add ingredients at no charge, so you can get your pizza your way or you can CREATE YOUR OWN pizza OR GET A MOD CLASSIC like i hot the CASPIAN as I've done several times as i prefer to rely on classics, instead of being too creative, but that's why at mod pizza you get what you crave, whether you create your own or get a classic as my son likes to create his own and he's happy with his creation. Next time you crave a pizza, give mod pizza a try. If your pizza is late, they'll give you a complementary drink to take home or drink while you wait. Stop in today.
I love MOD Pizza but I was here 7/29 at 8:45 with my girlfriend and the staff that was working was treating the new employee Logan terribly! I was appalled at how they were speaking to him so condescendingly and belittling. It is clear he is new so they should be a little nicer as from what I saw he was doing his very best! The girls on staff were so very rude not only to me but to poor Logan! I asked his name and told him he was doing a good job as he looked so sad!
It's ok pizza. You can load up the toppings if you want. Think Subway pizza ordering. Thin crust steamed and quick baked in hot oven. It's rather fast. Not terribly expensive. The salads are big. The giant chunks of garlic would be better minced imo. Restaurant is clean and the young crew are hospitable. Not gonna be a regular place I'll go, but it's a good place for fast food pizza. Just okay
The pizza is great when you are present to order. Order online or on the app you’ll get barely any cheese and sauce with big sections of missing cheese.Food: 3/5
Mod is a great place to go have a custom pizza done your way. Its great for kids too so its a place i take my son to and i feel like its a fun experience. The service there is always great and the ladies working at the pizza bar were so sweet and patient with my son as he picked out all of his toppings.Food: 5/5
