What Tom Fox likes about Dunkin':
Love their hot tea and coffee. The bagels are ' average ' but the donuts were disappointing. When did corporate decide to allow the local Dunkins to put just a small blob of filling in their donuts? Had to eat like 80% of the dry donut before I found any filling. Thats sad and a sure way to lose customers... View all feedback.
What S B doesn't like about Dunkin':
I?ve waited 23 minutes for a small cup of coffee when I was the third car from the window. Ridiculous service. The car in front of me got strawberry shake. I get to the window only to see him with his personal headset on engaging in personal conversationslaughing out loud as he?s moving like a turtle, then he approaches me and hands me someone else?s order, then asks me for myorder again, it was never made ??????????...
