My daughter recommended the place . She is well versed in Haitian food having grown up eating mom great cooking so i took the recommendation . i was not disappointed the food is out of this world. it was so good my friend and I ordered take outs : the conch and fishes(poisson gros sel with rice and fried plaintains. This was our second time visiting this restaurant. The service is friendly and prompt. Everything we've tried, both food and drinks were delicious. We arrived late for our reservation and we were still seated immediately. First Republic never FAILS I love the BLACK RICE and the Griot ..... DEFINITELY Worth a try if you eat PORK.....

container Goat and Griot were good. Wish they gave bigger portions. please stop putting bannan pese in with the rice it makes it soggy.

"My fellow worker spoke very much about this place after the order from here. I expected a big disc soon, but after ordering two discs for my pregnant woman and I, the type that made the pizzas, opened the door to leave the load, went back, touched the pizza in often to check his temperature, the often closed and took his phone, took his shirt to cover his yass, wash or sanit all without his hands. "One of those places that actually lives up to the hype. The food is delicious and decadent. The service is professional and attentive, but easygoing.
