I've been ordering from this location for the past 4-5 years and I've only had issues with them twice. I always receive my food within the estimated time, one time it came early, and the delivery drivers are friendly. The food is good and cooked well (only once have I had an issue where the food was overcooked). I've been to the location personally and it looked sanitary and well kept. What User doesn't like about Papa Johns:
do not order from this papa johns. the trolley was very rude to me and refused to deliver my pizza to my door and stayed in his car and did this several times. he let me walk on the street to get my pizza and if I had no shoes, he would threaten to drive away. View all feedback.
The food is consistently delicious, the restaurant is always clean, and the pizza and wings are prepared promptly when I'm ready for them.
I do not recommend ordering from this Papa John's location. The delivery driver was extremely rude, refusing to bring my pizza to my door and instead insisting that I walk down the street to collect it. This happened multiple times, with the driver even threatening to drive away if I didn't have shoes on.
This restaurant is absolutely unacceptable! The delivery personnel are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I placed an order for my family last night, but it was delivered to the wrong building. The person who received my order contacted me because my phone number was on the box, and explained that we had the same apartment number but were actually in different buildings. I called the restaurant to request a new order, and they sent a replacement. However, when the new delivery person arrived, he called me yelling that he had been waiting downstairs for 5 minutes and demanded that I come get my order. I explained that I had an infant and couldn't come downstairs, but he didn't care and refused to bring the order up. I called the restaurant to complain once again, but there has been no resolution. I have still not received a credit for the order I paid for, and have not received the correct order.
I'll order around 19 o'clock. m and it almost 9:30 and the pizza never arrived. then the over the order all work terrible
I have a 6 piece wing I would be rhight 6 wings, it wasn't. it was over cooked and so small I could hardly see her!
