Despite all the restaurant selection in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, my family always chooses Elizabeth PA to the Wagner's, a small but cozy restaurant with agricultural decor for breakfast. Wagner has a great breakfast menu at a great price. The restaurant is family-friendly. But what Wagner's really doing is the excellent service.
