BBQ is not easy to get right. Living in Texas for 4 years, I grew to appreciate brisket very much. In Alabama for 4 years, pork was king. Oklahoma had it's highlights, but for the most part my 20 years in PA have been a BBQ disappointment. I've found places that were okay, if I have time to drive an hour or more to get there. More often, if I've wanted good smoked meat, I do it myself. Now I have a go to for great BB... View all feedback.
