Ordered Caramel Latte with DD app when i showed up the lady got my receipt and said Latte machine is not working, ok it happens some time BUT when i asked can you cancel the order then she said NO she can?t but offered to come for my LATTE tomorrow,TOMORROW WHAAT!!!??? What a customer service these DAYS !!! View all feedback.
The app says they take the order to you, but they don't. They must update their instructions. Otherwise, fast service and your typical dunkin.
Every morning when I get out of work, they always have my coffee and ice cream ready for me with cup holder and bag! Thank you.
