Hello! I placed a pickup order yesterday evening (1/16/2022) at their Bruceville Road location in Elk Grove. The pizza was ready when I arrived (I was a little early), the pizza was hot and fresh, the customer service was prompt and courteous despite how busy they were; what is more, the pizza was delicious! Ordered on 7/15 for a paprika pizza with mushrooms and paprika, and received a pizza missing paprika, but was charged for it. The cashier at that time had to write my name and my number down to ensure a 50% of my next order. Today called to order pizza, and was immediately told it's only $3 off. I appreciate their efforts to correct mistakes, but the inconvenience in the information was disappointing. View all feedback.
