"Amazing aromas! Came for a autumn trip to Traverse and came across this place. I had the swamp soup and the New Delhi. Burger. My girlfriend had the Bean Soup and the Pork Belly Mac n Cheese. All were delicious. Nice staff, fast service, very unique selection and so delicious."

"This was a bizarre experience. This restaurant didn 't seem to be understaffed, but when Ashley (our waitress) arrived at our table, she said, I can 't take your order right now because they triple sat me. Another totally new practice to us was the surcharge they add to all the menu items. It is in small print right on the menu. Why they don 't just hide it in the price like every other restaurant is beyond me. I would like to disclose that Ashley did offer us a couple of free pastries and removed the mandatory surcharge from our bill to pacify us. However, I am still wondering why a manager was never sent to our table."

"Excellent service, didn't catch their name. Everything correct and timely, never looked harried or wore a sour puss mask. Food was great, though caloric but who's counting. Burger cooked perfect, asked for med and it was absolutely medium, textbook. Prices comparable to other area cookery. Would definitely recommend"

"Bizarre experience. I ordered a cold brew with cream. I was given a drink that looked like iced milk. I asked the barista if I could get less cream or have cream on the side. She told me she only put a dollop(? of cream in and that “it just looks like that”. I felt so awkward so I just left. I’ve never been to a coffee place that refused to fix a drink."

"You will be suprised. You may go to shorts and order what you think will be a simple sandwich. What awaits you when you get your food will be the sandwich to end all other sandwiches! I honestly get sentimental about the someday.. I long for it daily! 22 Oct, 2012 My mouth waters just thinking of this place. Great beer! Sammies that you will crave the rest of your life! "Average at best, Got the 3 meat plate 1-2oz of each meat at most. You could tell it had sat in a warmer since noon I got dinner there. Sides were small too, baked beans taste like they came straight out of the bush's can. Corn muffin was dry and thawed out this morning... Absolutely nothing special to get my return business. I ordered to-go... no silverware, no napkins, no wet wipes..... Go support a local BBQ guy"
