this is a wonderful family bakery. I drove to elkader iowa because I had an open house for my daughter. I was really impressed by the quality and taste of their baked goods. I wondered why I had to drive a 60-mile trip to get rolling? they were amazing and worth it. if they are ever in the ne corner of iowa, this is a jewel to check. but stop early before everything is gone.
