I'm kind of a jerk when it comes to barbecue joints. I am probably entirely too critical but I know what's good and what's mediocre. Boyd Charlie's is OUTSTANDING. I had the 3 meat combo with ribs, brisket, and sausage. All were excellent and smoked to absolute perfection. Tried the burnt ends also. The taste was fantastic. Great cole slaw, beans, and corn pie. Will definitely make the trek back. View all feedback.
What Greta Quitzon doesn't like about Boyd & Charlie's BBQ.:
Pretty disappointed. Pulled pork was luke warm at best and needed more seasoning. Brisket was dry but tasted a little better. The onion petals were basically flavorless. After being there for over an hour we were never offered refills. The kids meal macaroni was honestly the best plate we got but the entire meal was overpriced. Spent over 20$ a person a averaged with 2 kids meals, 2 adult, soda and a single appetizer... View all feedback.
