We had to repeatedly ask for our food, but there were no issues with charging us. Corporate has not responded to our complaint yet. The staff was constantly gossiping and complaining on the phone and during visits. View all feedback.
It was very clean. eating was fresh and the staff was very polite. one of the best long john’s. some of the others not so much.

My friend and I took a trip to Elkins WV over week of 10/11/21 and we went to Long John Silver's for dinner. We went to visit my friend's son and his wife and I treated them to a meal there. It has been a long time since I've been to a Long John Silver's because all of them in Jacksonville FL have gone out of business. So it was nice to get to go there once again. We all got fish and chicken and shrimp. We received very good service from the associates there. We were served a lot of food for what we ordered.
Old, not fresh and hot like it used to be. Awful customer service, cashier was ... hate to say it.... but, trashy and stupid.
The fish seemed normal. But I love her fish and I will go back
