The Barista, Kim. Is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with my favorite drinks!! Especially compared to other local stars Baristas, it is like NO OTHER!! Aside from a murderer Caramel Macchiato.. My wife, today the 21st of August had a horrible experience around 8:30am with an employee. She was waiting at the register for sometime while the employee saw her and continued to ignore her. The older cashier is always rude to me at this Starbucks. Every comment I see about a rude employee involves him.
