I've never been disappointed by my tacos at el chapin. the meat is so high quality, they actually season the meat instead of leaving it, and the salsa is to die. I wish I lived closer so that I would not have to drive 20 minutes to get them (although my waist line is probably grateful that is not possible.) the fact that they are cooked to order only the quality, and it is absolutely worth the wait.
