Giving this sonic a chance at redemption. Overall a really good expirience, they were willing to make accommodations for our order because we had a trailer and could not go through the drive though. Customer service was excellent, and the place was nice and cool in the heat. Our order was correct, which is very rare for our family. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Filthy tables, slow service when not busy, brown lettuce, half of a tomato, half of a chicken filet so hard it could break a tooth..owners or managers are MIA. A refund was an inconvenience, but finally given View all feedback.
