If you are looking for an old fashioned English style tea experience, this is it. Owner is charming, tea was delicious (and quality) and all the goodies are homemade. Attempted to reserve a table during regular hours. Drove to the location which had no visible signs. Parking lot had a chain blocking the entrance. No one present at the business. No one answering or returning phone calls. Very strange business model only open on Sat/Sun and then closed during the business's short hours.
