One of the best cups of tea I have had in the last 6 months from a Dunkin'. It was piping hot, excellent flavor, and the amount of cream and sugar were exactly as requested. The request for one teabag and to stir the tea before giving it to me were followed and it was not a problem to provide a straw to drink the tea while traveling.
