a very nice relaxing holiday! on the day of our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the hostess. we felt very comfortable in this holiday in any case. the service staff was very attentive, the food has excellent and the breakfast buffet tasted. also the opposite where the hotel is located is fantastic beautiful! also dogs are welcome here! it can not be that you will not fit 3 nights booked for >500€ and then the cleanliness of the room. after 2x inform about it!!! the trip was booked on the occasion of a 25th anniversary and 50th birthday and instead of offering an apologies a glass wein, eat or the like, you will only consider the necessary? what is this for a customer service? quite bad, honest. after a good first impression that this is ruining wit...
