My only issue with this place was the waiter and the time it took to get me and my party food. We had dinner reservations at 7p.m. and after 25-30 minutes i had to go in and ask the receptionist to see who was the waiter for our table because no one has been to our table.. it took also 30-40 mins for us to receive our food and another 20 mins to receive our dessert. We didn't leave the restaurant until almost 10p.m.... View all feedback.
What gregd doesn't like about Alexandra's:
I did not have a good experience with Alexandra's for dinner. The service was very spotty, even though there were not many diners. Although to give some consideration to the server, it appeared he may have been operating solo. Another and I in our group both ordered tuna, with differing degrees of doneness, and they were delivered to the wrong person, even though we asked the server to ensure they were correct. Due t... We have come to the Easter brunch for the past several years. But this year was a bit disappointing. First of all, they served a macaroni and cheese. It was completely tasteless, hardly any cheese. It was like eating plain elbow, macaroni.Secondly, they cut back on their after lunch dessert items. The dessert bar consisted of three choices of mini cups, of puddings or mousse, and a tub of bread pudding? No Cakes, pies or cookies. Actually, I think they used to serve ice cream, not this year.Probably try somewhere new next year..
We're excited for a nice dinner on our bachelorette party. Our server was truly awful. He had a bad attitude, argued with us over our drink order, really acted like we were bothering him. You really can't charge $44+ per entree with service like that. No manager in site. Really disappointing.
Got there for Father's Day and they didn't have me in the system. They were able to seat us however. The restaurant was not packed but it was not until I asked about our appetizers we were told the kitchen was behind. We waited an hour 15 minutes for our meals. Appetizers came at maybe 45 minutes in. And this was for a 6:15 reservation. We all know it's Father's Day. That was disappointing. Food was good when it came out. I don't know how weekends are but maybe try the weekday when less people are there.

Yes, i would come back to this place as it part of the Spa package deal that is associated with the resort.. the food was very delicious and very beautiful place.
Had a nice lunch, seafood risotto for me and crabcake sandwich for my husband. Crabcakes was excellent, risotto have delicious mix of seafood and rice. Serving staff was slow, short of servers. Overall, food was good, nice ambiance.
