Found Eggspectation while trying to find a new place to eat. It was 1 hour from our house and well worth the trip. This is a very busy restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which was a reasonable wait time given they were slammed with customers. My husband had the Bayou Benedict and I had the Shrimp and Grits.
