The Judge's Bench - Ellicott City

After enjoying a wonderful dinner, a group of friends and a place to have a cocktail after dinner and we chose this bar because of.

I wanted to come into this historic bar for some time and the oec sampler finally gave me a solid ground to go. the bar doesn't look huge.

I stopped with a few people in the week or so before a Saturday night in the judge bench. the bar reminded me of bars in my home state (texas) traditionally.

A large collection of whisky. Bartenders are polite and ambience is amazing.

I and my group of colleagues came to dinner for a few drinks. Completely unplanned, but thoroughly enjoyed. I can't remember what the name of the Ale was that I had in there, but I know it was very dark, very strong (about 10% and I enjoyed the 2 pints of that I had in there. Nice location in the evening and good to cool and the owner behind the bar had a lot of knowledge and had great conversation with the whole group.
