EBC is awesome and had a great concept with this but could have executed it better. The food sounded great but was half the quality of the food you get at EBC on Monroe for only a few dollars less. It took up 3 bags of chips to get not stale ones. Flan was definitely out of a package and not fresh. Asked for a regular agua fresca and ended up getting an alcoholic one and charged for it too.
