"This place was amazing. The food, drinks and atmosphere were perfect. Definitely casual and has a friendly atmosphere. It's full of locals, but you'll feel like one if you're not. The pizza and the southwest egg rolls had to die for this. In any case, you must visit a place of you in the area. I know I'm sure I'm back."

"My brother in law comes from Maryland to visit us in Toronto and has told me about this pizza joint. Tried it out on the way down and I am amazed by how good it is. I took the buffalo chicken pizza 8inch and I was hesitant since most times I feel places make it with a heavy hand but Monroe did a good job of balancing the flavors so each ingredient really came out well. Itll definitely be a staple of my annual drive down during the holidays. Great people great food can't get better than this."

"Visited this pub during my vacation in November. We came back during our second visit because they have the best wings in town and the best customer service! Max was our waiter last time and we were surprised to get him this visit as well! He remembered us and stories we discussed during our visit several months ago! Great atmosphere too!"

"This is a review for the dinner aspect of Madigan's only. Stopped here for a nice lunch the day we went to take our puppies to the vet. It was completely empty on a Friday around noon. My grandmother's maiden name is Madigan, so we're actually related to the owners (didn't see them there that day, unfortunately). For lunch they had a sandwich and soup-type special, but I personally wanted to keep it light so I stuck with a chicken salad. Soup of the day was FANTASTIC; it came with a large roll and saltines, and it was just delicious. I usually don't eat all of my soup, and I did this time. The chicken salad was well put together, and very delicious as well. Service was fair and pleasant. I would probably go back!"

"Very nice ambience. Food had issues. Only because my wife and I had a meal that had French Fries. They were maybe overcooked because they were tough and couldn't cut them with our fork. Way overpriced. They give you a knife for I presume to cut my pita sandwich. The knife couldn't cut butter and it didn't even cut my tough fries. The waitress was a very nice person, and helpful. Only being here once and never again, I didn't even mention it to her about the Fries issue. My wife had a Hamburg sandwich of some sort and it was huge and she was very pleased with it."

"We never even saw a host or hostess despite the sign to wait to be seated. We patiently waited and eventually gave up. We were there midweek on a warm winter day. I can't imagine what it would be like if the weather was actually really good for skiing."
