What Archibald Nienow doesn't like about Back Porch Bistro:
fast and cheap eating. the outside deck is a very nice relaxing location. the gyroscope is very fillable and the French thorn soup is pretty good. no bad hold for a quick break during a busy day of antique shopping in the city. View all feedback.
Never ever a bad meal here! The staff is so kind and quick! Love to eat on my lunch break
Went in today for a quick bite for lunch. I had a Greek salad with chicken salad added and my husband had the Italian grinder. DELICIOUS is an understatement! The staff/owners are very friendly and personable which was icing on the cake! Go grab some lunch and enjoy!!
Stopped in for a quick lunch before heading to a winery. Two employees working. Both really friendly, food was fresh and great portions. Very clean establishment. Recommend.
Great sandwiches and very nice owners. Will definitely go back! Snickerdoodle cookies and a tasty Cuban sandwich
Staff was rude. There's really no other way to put it. Today was a busy day; they ran out of food. That's totally understandable. However, we didn't know, and so we walked in and tried to look at the menu. The guy behind the counter said, you can walk on through as he pointed to the end of the line, in. the. restaurant. Soooo, we walked. on. through. to the end of the line. We thought it was a bit strange that he basically told us to get out of the way, so we couldn't look at the menu. But, whatever. A few minutes went by and I thought, ok, we have 4 kids with us, if we're going to wait in line, I need to make sure there's something on the menu for them. So, I walked back up to the counter just to look at the menu. The guy behind the counter literally said, We have no food left, you need to leave and looked at me like I had two heads. How was I supposed to know? That's not what he said when we first walked in, maybe what he meant, but didn't sound like that to me. He was obviously having a very busy day and was stressed, but chill. Anyways, it was super strange, we left.
