"Google says they close at 9 o'clock. I'm around 850 clocks and they turn the lights out as they see I'm coming out of my car. Do not make their customers drive there only to be turned away during the posted business hours. this is extremely frustrating and not done for any reason, except the fact that they want to get rid of the work early. when the opening times of the shops are open up to 9 o'clock, this does not mean that the employees leave by 9 o'clock. it should mean that they must stay until the job is done and customers had the opportunity to order food when they show up before the load is to be closed. laziness and bad customer service"

"OMG. See this place according to an article in The Daily Journal. I have a personal size apple carmel and a medium cherry. Both had to die. The BEST I had since I can't remember when. Unfortunately, I have one of their leaves on the different cakes they make... on my bucket list it is to try each one of them. And such a beautiful and romantic story as this business began. Keep the great work and I will certainly be again many times. But as a side note... please reduce prices because I need the extra money to buy bigger jeans, lol"

"First Playa Bowls experience- the food is good but the customer service on a Sunday morning was absolutely terrible. The girls were unhelpful, snarky, and rude. Unfortunately I advise that you avoid the Glassboro location- not a very good first impression. Will be willing to try any location besides this one.Edit: Just opened my bowl and they forgot the honey and banana. Awesome."

"Super slow service. Getting a bagel should not be a 20+ minute ordeal on a weekday morning after rush hour. Their ordering system is not very efficient and if an order is incorrect, you can expect to wait extra time. Not worth it for below average bagels."

"I went here for lunch today with a party of 6, all of us vegan. I had called a few days ahead to make sure they could accommodate us, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. When we got there, he had 2 vegan specials planned for us made with fresh local produce and both were amazing. We also got an order of hand-cut fries for the table which were seriously the best fries I've ever had in my life...I might have to go back to Elmer just for them! All of the food was very high quality, very fresh and very delicious! One word of caution though is don't go here if you're in a rush because service is very slow. But that just gives you more time to visit, relax, and soak in the authentic old-timey country vibe of the place. Not just a meal, it's an experience! And the owners are just the nicest guys and very accommodating to dietary restrictions. If you're in the area definitely check this place out. Vegetarian options: Vegan friendly...just ask!"

"Something has got to be wrong with the way the cooks and workers at this location have been trained. We get to drive through and pull up to the window and the guy says I told you to hold up huh?! No one said to wait or hold up when we ordered. At. Ever Also, they ran out of food last night. They had nothing. We tried again today. These noodles are so dry it 's almost as if they 've been sitting around all day. Dry and sticky. It 's really, REALLY bad. No flavor. They also don 't have any milk teas at this location. We asked, and the response was we don 't do that here. I 'm not sure I can go back. This was pretty gross. Not to mention I think I got overcharged :"
