What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
I experienced poor and slow service at the restaurant. My table was wobbly, and despite my efforts to adjust it, the staff seated two other parties who also wanted to be moved. The waiter didn't check on me at all, so I had to turn him around to get his attention. As for the food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. View all feedback.
Alyssa did a nice job making my dining experience fun and smooth. Had the Admiral's Feast which is very tasty and has a variety of likable fried items. The add-on maine lobster tail is one of my favorites.
Food was good and the server was nice but the it was an hour wait for the food.
Sierra our server had too many tables to properly wait on, most likely because of staff shortage. Kitchen was another area that probably didn't have enough staff too because food took forever. We sat down at 520p, got drinks at 550pm then a salad. Our appetizer came at 620pm shortly followed by our main course. We should have gone to RL in Long Island instead.
I ordered through Uber eats. My order was sesame soy salmon bowl. And guess what received!! A tiny piece of Leftover salmon!! Someone ate it and put it back on the box!! Highly disgusted! I am absolutely mad and upset. So my husband called Red Lobster and talked to the manager and he claimed it was probably the uber eats driver who ate the salmon and tampered all the food we ordered. How can someone eat the food and place the little tiny piece back in the box??? Seems like they packed my food from someone else?s plate!!!The lid of the rice was missing. They gave 1 piece of biscuit. So the takeout bag was properly stapled so the management should really check their CC tv to see who actually packed the food and who ate my food and put the leftover there. The other order was seaside shrimp trio with rice and Caesar salad. Salad looked like it was picked from other people?s plate and the portion of the food was so small. This is not about refund, it?s about how excited we were to eat our favorite food from our favorite restaurant we usually go to the Times Square one) But I am highly disappointed and disgusted. This experience was horrifying. They should do a thorough investigation on this!
Absolutely terrible! Ordered this to celebrate my moms birthday, ruined her day with the order and to top it off they were extremely rude and argued, they wasted 10min by arguing about payment. On the receipt you can clearly see I ordered different sides. They didn?t even give our salads and the different sides we chose. We?re missing our sides for some orders. The portion looks extremely small. I ordered the ultimate feast, 2 seafarer?s feast, 2 seafarers feast, 2 lobster shrimp salmon. My family isn?t even full from the food since we didn?t get our sides like rice, salad, and baked potato. I rarely complain but since our order was messed up I?m writing this. Can you imagine ordering a $30+ meal and not receive sides. And have to make rice salad at home for the missing items you paid for ? Unacceptable. Not worth the hassle and money that I spent. I might as well have went to a local restaurant in Queens and enjoy better food.
