Retro feeling with a friendly staff. Actual ice milk shakes, not fast food mud. Also a must to try for the UNGRY is a garbage slab with burgers or dogs, and Mac...

"My family 's biz...the hundred-year-old brand soon (founded in 1927 by my grandfather.) about the years manzari 's has turned into a spaghetti place. so they need to look at the spaghetti and meatballs or a hot meatball sandwich there 's not much else to look at.! look at the victoria room and gallery in the main room. like the spaghetti and meatballs, it is pointed art by American artists. while outside the recently renovated pennsylvania railroad caboose. a fun addition to the ground."

"Obviously they have amazing chicken wings but I am extremely disappointed in the service. I went here, paid cash, and was rushing and did not count my change. When in the car I realized they barely gave me change back so I greatly overpaid. I didn’t return back to Elbow Room for a while after this occurrence. Tonight I decided to give up on my grudge and get their food. My total was $32.40, I gave her $50. The lady gave me back $7.60 instead of $17.60. Of course I noticed it right away and asked for correct change, she seemed more guilty than apologetic. I look very young and maybe naive to some and feel like they may like to overcharge some people, it’s just fishy this happened twice in a row for me. Just count your change carefully!"

"No doubt the best NY Strip Steak I've ever had. Cooked on a perfect medium rarely with a perfect charcoal on the outside. I also had the mussels and paprika as appetizers, which were also excellent. Pasta side dish was perfectly cooked and the marina sauce had this old world feeling and taste. Will definitely be back. Kelly was our server. She was attentive to everything we needed. I will definitely ask her back as a server."
