My partner and I regularly go to Bitar's. the service is always top notch. The menu is varied although I would like to see more on the appetizer menu as I find it is fairly small and pretty basic. It would also be nice to see more options on the wine menu and perhaps some beer on tap. Those are minor issues and The fact that we are regulars says it all. Had been recommended to us...food was very good but after our waitress spilled a glass of red wine all over the table and it splashed on my top and white sweater I requested some club soda, received that and a cloth as the waitress put it that would work better than paper towel!
