"Ordered online, called 15 mins later to say, I would be there in 45 mins....they said the order was ready...how is that possible? Anyways, they said they would keep it warm. I ordered 3 different pizza and when I arrived I inspected them. The medium pizzas looked good and what you would expect...the meat lovers was burnt on top and not the typical meat lovers, I was used to. Lacking toppings and charred. I said I would take the 2 mediums but the large was not appealing. The total order was 44 and change. The person tried to charge me 38 dollars. I said keep the whole order. My very first time at that location...so disappointed ????"

"British Fish & Chips are where most of the locals go . All fish and hardly any batter, lots of chips and friendly atmosphere. The cost is $8.95 and go early because of the line ups Open year round"

"Another week another date night. Decided to go to the take out window for chili and beer bread. Seriously bread made with beer, come on! Both were excellent comfort type foods. Serving was huge and price reasonable. I have added a photo so you can get an idea. Sorry! Go to Grandma's Beach Treats for a great take away meal during our isolation. Once they are open again drop by for the whole experience."

"Party of 6 including 2 kids and we really enjoyed the food and service. 5 of us had wings and one had a burrito with a Caesar salad. We also shared an order of onion rings. The wings were really good and meaty, fries and rings were quite good as well. The Chorizo burrito and Caesar were very good- very fresh and the dressing was homemade. Our server was fantastic. Friendly and funny and very nice to the kids. We will definitely return! Glad we found this place. We didn't realize there is parking in behind as the building is hidden down a lane off King Street. We found spots on the street but it's good to know for next time if we go at a busier time. Truly a hidden gem!"

"My poutine was extremely salty, and my chicken wings tasted like it had freezer burn. My friend had to wipe the salt and pepper off her fries to make it edible. I did not want to send my food back , because I didn't want to risk it to be returned to me with a Little something special if you know what I mean (no offense to the pub I have trust issues from watching too many kitchen nightmare episodes). I was hungry so i ate it and will now drink a few liters of water and pray i don't swell up like a blow fish. This place has potential but the waitstaff needs to act like they enjoy being there. Clean the tables after people leave and have a clean table ready for new clientele. Wipe the lipstick off the wine glasses. Pry the salt and pepper shaker from the chefs hands before he gives someone very high blood pressure and this place would be GREAT"

"Recently our seniors were on a theatre outing and we made reservations at Mom's Restaurant and I must say we were very satisfied, the roast beef was cooked perfectly. The staff were most efficient and within minutes our entire passengers were served and we were on our way again. The bus had no problem with parking. I highly recommend this restaurant ."
