My wife and I saw that Minervas was one of the very few restaurants to have a happy hour on a Saturday and decided to give this place a go. All I can say is wow. Not only was the food and drink surprisingly inexpensive, but it was absolutely delicious. Tony was our server and he was super attentive and very charismatic. It was unfortunate that our large gathering of 23 could be accommodated but not served in a timely manner. While we expected orders to be served spread out some orders were doubled for a sad waste of food, some had missing ingredients, and others just never arrived. The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the menu also offers a assortment of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been commendably highlighted by guests, even if these have not yet been listed.
