I won't be back ever! This location is a ripp off scamming place, order bagel and small hashbrowns and charge me 10 dollars and did not even give me receipt, twice in different occasions. View all feedback.
Every time I've gone they are outta donuts by 830 9 am. Boston creme is now nasty whip cream that is overly sweet. Coffee is still great. But only have sprinkles available always for full dozens. They talk to fast in the drive thru I have to constantlyrepeat my order. I drive to a different location for variety but for 15 bucks a dozen they should ore than sprinkles at 830 am
The manager treats workers and customers very poorly. I didn?t feel welcomed there, and the place is very unsanitary. The manager is supposed to be responsible for how virtuous the place looks. I saw a rat in the donut maker one time. Absolutelyembarrassing and unacceptable.
I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Dunkin’. I walked in for a simple small iced coffee, and the girl who took my order, named Jasmary, had a terrible attitude. If she doesn’t want to be there, she should just go home; there’s no reason to take it out on customers. I couldn't even enjoy my coffee, and it didn't taste good either.
I will never return! This location is a complete rip-off. I ordered a bagel and a small hash brown, and they charged me $10 without even providing a receipt, and this happened on two separate occasions.
I’m not sure what the issue is with your hiring process, but I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional service as I did with a woman named Jasmary, I believe. This has been the fifth time I’ve experienced her terrible service. Dunkin' needs to be more careful with their hiring because she is definitely not suitable for this job.
