Service was slow but they were moderately busy, my 1st menu choices were not available due to lack of inventory but the food was pretty decent

It isa great summer ice cream place. Toots has switched owners a couple of times and some have been better than others.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. The burger is my favorite dish.
