"Everything was exquisite from beginning to end. I had prearranged to have roses at the table as my wife and I were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. they were beautiful and the service and food was absolutely spot on. My complements to the chef, and staff for a totally wonderful experience. We will definitely return with friends soon, and hope to partake in one of the chef's classes in the near future. "My first trip there, but not my last one. My son had the Mozzarella Burger, I had a bite it was amazing! The crispy brussel sprouts were delicious! I fell in love with the winter salad with chicken with ginger turmeric vinaigrette, my son stole the roasted carrots from my salad. It is definitely a new Fav for us"

"I come every time I'm in Chapel Hill for at least one meal in Med Deli. Here's something for everyone! As a gluten-free vegetarian, I usually struggle to find something to eat when we go out. But at Med Deli I have sooo many delicious options that I just can't decide! Today I had the traditional falafel on gluten-free pita. What a treat! I swear, the jeans I've worn today don't fit anymore because I've eaten every one. Finally. My son had the dwarf. He was very happy with his choice. Very tasteful. My husband has a two-part plate. It was HUGE. Don't forget to check the desserts! No, where will a gluten-free person find so many amazing and huge portion dessert!"

"Very nice quaint and cozy place to grab our favorite dishes. Kid-friendliness: Very patient wait staff the owner is always willing to accommodate anyone. We generally have our kids birthday dinners here with 20 plus people and they do an amazing job at getting everything out and just really taking care of us. Parking: Parking can be found either in front of the building on main st. Or a larger gravel lot is located BEHIND the buildings. There is a second entrance that allows you to come in from the gravel lot thru the rear of the building into the larger dining area. Wheelchair accessibility: Both front and rear entrances will accept wheelchairs. There are no steps but the rear entrance is slightly elevated and some assistance may be needed to overcome the hump into the door."

"Hopefully my experience today was an exception, as I’ve been here once before and the food was great, however; today I got the California burrito and the steak had such hard veins of fat in it that even diced in the burrito I had to spit gross meat into a napkin after every bite. Super bummed, considering the burrito and a drink top $16 I would expect better."
