The meat was still raw and not proper cooked... just bad and super disappointed. Dont understand the good reviews at all update: thank you for your response. I very well understand the cuisine as I was in Vietnam, know what Pho Bo is, how it tastes and how its prepared. After I mixed all of the ingredients, the meat was still raw.
