What Jules doesn't like about Starbucks:
Horrible experience, Lexi was extremely rude, and gave poor customer service. I have never experienced anything like this at any Starbucks location. They also decided to close the inside cafe for some odd reason and were only taking drive thru. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has done this before either.
