What Rick B doesn't like about Forbidden Burger Co:
Went to a friend’s house in Ely yesterday (Saturday night). We ordered at 8pm, website said 60 minutes for delivery, didn’t get the food until 9.40 and it was (of course) cold. Nobody answered the phone and two sides were missing from the order. Would never use again or recommend as the delivery estimates are so wrong and it’s impossible to speak to anybody to find out what’s happening. read more.

Placed an order got told it’s delayed and still got no food and when you call it just goes to answerphone all the time beware they take the money and don’t deli...

"Cracking customer service, lovely bunch. If you want fish n chips go to Alans on broad street and if u wanna burger/kebab the Ely Kebab House is best. Rumbles is good because of the staff and food is good, however if you're a jack of all trades you are master of none."

"Absolutely gorgeous place. Undoubtedly the best English breakfast ever (which here goes by the name Habis breakfast). The white toasted bread with sausages, mushrooms and eggs cooked to absolute perfection were amazing but what's different from Habis breakfast is the Spanish red chorizo... incredible!.
