read morePreviously the best coffee in ely, now there is nero its behind a bit, but still good quality fast coffee before a train ride.
very friendly staff, only place where we get our morning coffee, and a smile thrown free, better than this Costa crap, but shame them not do chai latte;
really great coffee and excellent staff at locoesspresso. and really helpful staff.

"Popped in for brunch. Lovely sausage sandwich with quality produce and tasty chips. My partner and son both had milkshakes which they devoured and I enjoyed an excellent. Latte. Nice to sit outside here and the service is so friendly and helpful."

"That was a very nice pub. clean, friendly, good location inside or on the terrace. I had no chance to taste the food, but they work to serve food after covid. I'd be normal if I were a native."

"During the week to dinner. the ambiente is breathtaking. we had dinners, main course and gloomy. the presentation of the food deserves 5 stars, so eat. very creative, elevated English cuisine. the service was excellent and each of the receptor, barkeeper and server very attentive. they also have a great choice of crying. will definitely return."

"Having looked at the menu on their website online I ordered a Chef's Special for two costing £27.95 over the phone to collect. When collecting it they said it was £29.95 as they had put the prices up, despite me pointing out the website price they would not honour it at all. It was only the next day did the website prices go up. The staff I dealt with were surly and rude as well, which I had not experienced before in many visits there. With the apparent downturn in customer service and not honouring published prices a return visit will not be happening. Before this I had recommended a visit to all, not now."

"What a jewellery! considering that it is done by a very small team of superwomen with only two chefs, it is noticeable how extensive and interesting the menu is. Eating is delicious, with a homemade feeling. it is more of a talented mum boil type of a place than a hipster deconstructed dish restaurant. very extensive wine list also. stunning garden. a must visit when they book in ely better before, although we had luck catching the last table as a walk."

"We came for a birthday treat of afternoon tea, on arriving we were seated in the garden and our tea was brought out very promptly, we then had to wait approx 20 mins for our sandwich and cake selection to be brought to us by which time we had drunk our tea as it was going cold, which wasn't an issue as we thought we would have the chance to purchase some more or at least get offered some water, but we didn't see anyone else for the whole time we were sat in the garden, when I went to ask if we could have a bag or box to take the 2 remaining scones away with us I was handed a box, the lady didn't ask if everything was okay or even say goodbye ! I would say an average afternoon tea but what really let it down was a lack of basic customer service,"
