"I ordered a small “deepest sympathy” cookie basket in the morning for a team at work who had a coworker unfortunately pass away. The cookies were delivered that same day a little after lunch time and the man who delivered them called me to personally tell me the basket was just delivered. I thought the service was wonderful, the price was so reasonable, and it was a nice alternative to flowers. I will definitely order from them in the future."

"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"10+ For the young man who made my Oh Boy tonight! It was WONDERFUL! I am sad and sorry you had to endure the Blonde woman snarling and barking at you through that window. Her constant negativity made my dinner unpleasant, so I can only imagine how terrible it must be to work under those conditions. UGH. Young man... Please know that you are definitely worthy and did a GREAT job! Thank YOU for my awesome food : THAT is why I asked to meet you : Best wishes ?"
