What Ella D doesn't like about Scoops:
Our first time here and probably our last. We weren't greeted, instead we were rushed to order and were spoken to very rudely by a younger girl with glasses. If you treat customers with that much disrespect maybe you should look elsewhere for a job. The ice cream was fine but the employees were all rude instead of warm and welcoming. View all feedback.
Best ice ceam ever! The employees are great and the owners interact with the customers and make you leave with a smile and ice cream on your face.
Nancy is a wonderful coffee maker. What a kind gentle soul. Make sure you stop by going to or from Mankato.. So worth it.
Fun and fast service. Staff get orders fast and the ice is great. I like the Dole whip. The seat is usually full, but a turn is fast.
So many decisions! Great prices and service is phenomenal! We're going back!
