We have not started in the Val hotel, but often visit for breakfast or lunch. Weekends are usually busy and festive, sometimes quieter if you're there earlier. We love the food and the relaxed atmosphere. We always bring our cameras for walkabout, lovely foto opportunities around the hotel.
