We've been going to big Al's for years and never had a problem. BUT, the last 4 times we've ordered from them, the pizza hasn't been cut and tastes so bad that We've thrown it out. We kept going back thinking there was a glitch but now that the 4th time proved there's been no change, We've decided not to go back. Sorry guys.
