What User doesn't like about Emerald Western Gateway:
The food was quite good but the wait time was ridiculous. Just over an hour for a steak and salad. We were apologised to 5 times. Sorry for slow drinks. Sorry for slow meal delivery x 4.The ambiance was poor. Too many lights and very bright.The reason for slow everything was there was a function on. We got sidelined. I've been here a few times, always in a big group and short term. the team here could not make a better job for us, eat and never disappoint the drinks.
