I often make a stop here after shopping at one of the stores within the East Bay Bridge shopping area. The food is tasty and sometimes when you are trying to make up your mind the serving staff will offer you a nibble of one of the entrees. I never liked Panda Express because of their cheap imitate Chinese food and this Panda Express has continued to disappoint me. I was in the area and need something quick, but this Panda Express was closest to me, so I took a chance and it was a terrible experience.
