great location, more reasonable price for luzern. the receptor was always beautiful and helpful. check in and out was easy. the room was clean, and so were the showers and the room was cleaned every day. there is a nice outside area to sit when the weather allows. the hotel was a former prison that we found quite cool! they should know that the rooms are tiny (as seen in the pictures). we were aware of this, so it di...
