"We regularly eat with our little daughter and my father-in-law at the restaurant Hirschen and have never been disappointed! Of course, the extremely fine dishes, from classics to seasonal dishes, are all included, as well as the excellent and very, very friendly service! We have spent many nice evenings in the deer and strongly recommend the restaurant! We'll be back soon!"

"Ich weiß nicht warum man für Speisen dieser Qualitätskategorie einen chinesischen Koch braucht, aber mit echtem, feinem chinesischem Essen haben die hier angebotenen Speisen nicht viel zu tun. Die Frühlingsrollen zum Beispiel haben irgendwie überhaupt kein Gemüse als Füllung, sondern eine grüne Masse, die aussieht wie Spinat. Die Rollen selbst schmecken nur nach Fett, sonst nach nichts. Im Bangkoks China Town schmecken Frühlingsrollen komplett anders und sehr lecker. Auch der Hauptgang ist irgend etwas das im Wok verrührt wurde aber nicht gerade besonders lecker ist. Die Zutaten sind fast bei jedem Menü gleich. Paprike, Champignons, Zwiebeln...nur die Eimerfertigsoße und das Fleisch variert. Hinterher kommt der große Durst wegen dem Geschmacksverstärker. Gut Küche geht anders."
