Back Roads Bakery - Emmett

Stopped by and bought some kolaches and pastries. The kolaches were delicious! My favorite was the taco kolache. Big pieces of steak and onions and a little bit of spice. The pastries were yummy too!

This is a really good bakery with friendly staff. They offer a strawberry croissant that is my favorite, but everything I've tried has been spot on. The strawberry croissants sell out, so you need to get there early. You won't be disappointed!

We had different doughnuts and pastries they are vey good!! Also breakfast sandwiches and the breakfast bun things and biscuits and gravy. ALL were Delicious!!! Friendly service a bit spendy but I suppose all things are right now. We look forward to stopping in again. Can’t wait until there hours/days of operation expands.

Small shop but good doughnuts. The selection is fun and I've never been disappointed except when I forget to stop and pick more doughnuts. It's a little annoying that they aren't open everyday but it sounds like they're having staff shortages

Wish they where open more then 3 days a week. They have a good selection of freshly made Donuts and pastries. I really enjoy there Kolache's whats better then warm eggs and sausage or bacon and cheese inside a fresh thin pastry pocket?
