THIS IS GREAT BBQ. Brisket was thick and juicy, with great bark. Ribs were meaty and ALMOST falling off the bone, which are the best kind of ribs. BEST turkey I've had in a good while. Just the right amount of smoke, and so tender, NOT dry. Chicken was juicy and done just right (only on weekends, dark meat quarters). Sides were so-so, beans are spicy. Disappointed in the size of the BBQ. sandwiches. They were on a small bun not much larger than a slider, and for $10.00 per sandwich there wasn't a lot of meat on a small bun.Probably won't be a regular customer of theirs.I understand food costs are up, but you still need to serve a reasonable product for the price.
