"Why do rude children work at this location? It's like they act as if it's punishment for them to be there. They are rude and unfriendly and seem like overprivileged children. It's unpleasant to not only communicate with these people, but they take no care in putting together your food. I'm referring to the two awful employees working the evening of November 27 2023"

"Had to remind the guy about the ordered ice cream sunday, his accent was very strong and it was hard to understand what he was saying. Why are the orders of fries so small now? The onion rings order was also small. I am questioning the value of the meal. The food tasted good. I just found the portions small for the fries and onion rings."

"This place is amazing and the trails are fantastic.... Until this very moment I couldn't wait to revisit your establishment. One complaint.....Your receptionist is extremely rude. Simply explaining your answer of my request from the same household to enter your lobby was very rude. Rudely explained to use the exit door like we were children. I will gladly save my money and not purchase anything further. Perhaps you should not work with the public!"

"I did not stop and stay at the resort but stopped by the restaurant on site for breakfast and all I can say all the staff were very polite and courteous. Breakfast was good and filling, if you like alot of food get the big breaky( yay, and a place that knows how to cook an egg to order. The restaurant was DJ's but as I am writing this, we were talking to the waitress and she let us know they will no longer be there after this week, as of October 2nd they will be located at the legion. So if you are ever in the area of Kearney and good friendly service with good food check this place out. It was a good stop for the start of a good atv ride."
